Healthstat is seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking to be an integral part of our culture where people come first, and we strive to make a difference.  Personal health is our priority!!  Our clinics generate healthy and happy employees! 

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as a fill-in clinician for Healthstat clients in multiple states. GA, AL, FL and SC
  • Conduct peer chart audits as requested
  • Conduct chart audits as requested
  • Conduct site audits/visits as requested
  • Mentor, assist or train clinicians with use of EMR, or other systems used by Healthstat clinicians
  • Travel for extended periods of time with overnight stays in order to staff Healthstat clinics, perform site audits, provide training or otherwise assist clinicians as assigned
  • Develop a network of local health resources for the Healthstat clinical staff to partner with to offer discount programs, education, supplies, etc to further efforts toward wellness and health promotion
  • Develop creative time efficiency strategies in regards to charting, workflow and patient scheduling that would maximize clinic efficiency.
  • Collaborate with NP and PA educational programs to offer clinical sites for students in Healthstat clinics and help promote our model and support the profession.
  • Develop outreach programs for our wellness based clinics
  • Assist Healthstat clinicians with the organization of Health fairs, events, education seminars
  • Act as a mentor and liaison for other clinicians and corporate Healthstat


  • Attend Healthstat clinic training sessions (including EMR training).
  • Identify community health needs and strategies to address them.
  • To advise on Healthstat policy within the continually changing environment of healthcare delivery.
  • To schedule follow-up appointments, screenings, and tests for client company employees.
  • Assist in outreach efforts with Healthstat to target those employees at highest risk of developing chronic diseases.
  • Maintain clinic operations standards and supply inventory.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork required by Healthstat.


Job Requirements

  • Must be available to travel 90% of the time within the state of GA and surrounding states; AL,FL and SC
  • Must meet all state requirements to practice medicine;
  • Meet National Certification Standards;
  • Ability to easily establish rapport and relationships with co-workers, clinicians, clients, and vendors;
  • Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and high volume of activities;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize well;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Good problem solving and math skills;
  • Must be a self-starter, assertive, enthusiastic, self-directed and people oriented;
  • Consistently demonstrate professionalism in communications and relationships with patients, clients, co-workers, Healthstat corporate leadership and support staff, employers, prospects, vendors, and carriers
