Job Description

Purpose:

To plan, organize and manage activities to setup new Healthstat clinics and/or services for new and existing clients. Providing project management oversight, the implementation manager will work with the client, internal team members, insurance carriers and other identified vendors/partners to ensure all deliverables are completed to implement contracted services on time and within client budget and scope of contract.

Essential Functions:

 Implement Healthstat program with a new or existing client, including:

    • Coordination and execution of employee communication and education with client
    • Coordination of health risk assessment with Health Assessment team
    • Coordination of clinic set up including inspection of location to assure it fits Healthstat’s specification and needs. Provide client feedback and suggestions on space layout for optimal workflow
    • Clinic staff interviews and introduction to the client for hiring
    • Coordination of data transfers (bi-lateral) between client, Healthstat, insurance carrier(s), TPA’s and any other identified vendors
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during implementation through thirty (30) days after clinic opens
  • Responsible for participating in internal implementation meetings and leading weekly client implementation meetings to include developing meeting agenda’s and notes
  • Responsible for developing Healthstat’s relationship with the client while guiding the client through the decisions that must be made in order to open a new clinic
  • Responsible for understanding client needs and working with internal stakeholders to develop project related processes and workflows if needed. This will require understanding impacts to departments, identifying and interviewing stakeholders and documenting process.
  • Coordinate with other Healthstat departments to ensure new clinic set up is achieved to meet the expectations of the client.
  • Multiple visits to clients/clinic site during the implementation period
  • Travel 25% of time
  • Effect a smooth transition of the client and/or clinic to key stakeholders to include Client Services and Clinic Operations once implementation is complete.

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

 

  • Three years related work experience in account management and/or project management
  • PMP certification strongly preferred or willing to obtain within six (6) months of employment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products
  • Experienced in developing and delivering presentations
  • Ability to perform services for the client with tenacious follow up
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision
  • Experience working independently as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environment
  • High energy personal style and aptitude for creative and process-oriented thinking
  • Track record of consistent stable employment
  • Strong character and commitment to the mission, vision, and culture of the organization

 

Relationships

 

  • High visibility and communication with clients, clinic providers, vendors and carriers.
  • Internal contact with all Healthstat associates
